Editing theme templates

I'm trying to edit the theme header (to add text between the logo and menu), but there is no option to do that in elementor. The only option I can see is to recreate the header as a template and then change it. I'm not a designer so can't do that. Is there a way to edit the header?

I also want to edit the new posts blog masonry template. Is that possible?

    Hi Alex,

If you're using the default header, please go to Appearance > Customize > Header and there you can find the settings for these values. If you don't want to use the default header, you can import the headers at Appearance > One Click Demo Importer and simply edit them via Elementor.

You can check more it here.
