I just saw that you have already left a one star review, that's way unfair for us. I have helped you with more than 8 tickets without a single hesitation each time and you left a one star review because of gutenberg, even that we have already mention that is not optimized with Gutenberg.
I highly agree that you pay for support, but you don't pay for further customization and Gutenberg is not compatible with Torfa, it is clearly mention.

I have two suggestions for you.
1) Install the following plugin and get back the classic editor. https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-gutenberg/
2) Disable your third-party plugins one by one and check which one is causing the issue.

Because, if i create an issue for my client, i correct it. I never close the ticket without a correction.
You have told me to desactivate Guttemberg. It's maybe an another plugin who create the bug.
But, it's false. Our theme have an issue.
If someone want to do blog with Guttemberg like me, they can't use our theme. So i don't lie in my review.
