No you don't need the PRO version, simply Centaurus with the recommended and required plugins that are included are enough, you can import the demo at Appearance > One Click Demo Importer and have everything that we have in our demo, so you can start building your site with Elementor and Customizer, Elementor works for pages and Customizer in general to create global settings.
What is screwed? If you want the posts or the pages that are imported from One Click Demo Importer to be removed, please provide me here with your wp-admin and I will remove them.
Do not forget to tick private on the reply.
