Have you ever seen this before? The tabs of my plugin Yoast, but also the tab of the about options stay right in front of my text editor. Resulting in a situation that I can't get to my text. Seems like a bug right? I'm working in the latest version of Chrome (76.0.3809.46) on a Mac.

No worries about that, it is because of the new WordPress Editor(Gutenberg), you can install this plugin and disable the gutenberg editor.

Isn't the scroll working on the editor area? Maybe changing on the top bar at Code or Editor tab will fixe it.
