I am building a website using Centaurus and Elementor, but when I try ti drag and drop the widgets into place, I get a red x instead of the green line and nothing happens. Please help!
Can you please provide me with any screenshot, also please deactivate all the plugins that are not required or recommended by the theme, it can be any other plugin that is causing the issues.

First, I am wondering if this is a bait and switch where the widgets only work if I upgrade to Pro? Is it an issue with the Centaurus theme? I only have plugins activates that the site/theme requested or suggested.
I've sat through a couple of tutorial videos, and I can't see where I am going wrong.
That's quite strange, It's the first time I am seeing it. Can you please provide me with your WordPress admin information, so I can check what exactly is going on. Do not forget to tick private on the reply.
Yes, of course. That's why I contacted you. To clarify, you were able to drag and drop widgets into the sections I created? I had no problem creating the sections, but I cannot seem to get any widgets to populate them.
You did not have this problem? If not, how did you do it?
Can you please try the user that you have created for me? Maybe that's the case, also do not forget to test it on any other browser, there could be an extension that is blocking it.

It was the browser.... UGH> Chrome works fine with it. Do you have that documented somewhere? That would have been good to know two weeks ago.
I have Edge installed too, it works fine. It may be any extension in Edge, I don't know the reason why it wasn't working, sorry.
