How can I change the appearance of the items in the overview of my portfolio page? It now automatically adapts the order of the posts, but I assume I can re-arrange the order afterwards when I've posted all my portfolio items right?

Please use this amazing plugin, it will allow you to drag & drop the posts in the back-end, so that will affect the view of the front-end.
