I want to have a way for users to see these on the side and be able to click on a section and jump to it. I tried accordion and toggle and I don't like the way it looks.
Can you please explain it further, a sidebar for the sub menu? A screenshot or a live url would be very helpful for me, so I will understand what you're trying to show.

You can achieve something like that with the custom positioning options of an element, so please create an icon list element and set that to fixed on the left side.
How can I delete the icon on the far right of the menu bar? When I click on it, it says start now and gives a link to buy the theme.

That's the sliding bar, you can hide it on Appearance > Customize > Header > Sliding Bar.

This is what I mean by a sidebar menu:

but they are using it for a top level menu.
I want to use it within a single page to help navigate to the headings on that page. So for example the submenu for https://mirrorpondnm.com/services/naturopathic-medicine/
