There are so many items in the main menu, because of the templates. Do I have to delete them all? I only want 5 of them to appear in the menu bar. If I delete the ones I am not using, does that mean I can't access them anymore to use for design of pages?
If you remove them on the Appearance > Menus, you won't delete them, you will simply not display them in your menu, the pages still can be access at Pages.

How do I add space after a line of text? I don't want to use the spacer bar, just add 12 pts or so after each line. I am referring to the text right under the hero on this page:

How can I select which pages appear in menu list? I have 133 pages because of the imported theme pages.

Simply go to Appearance > Menus and you'll be able to select drag & drop the menu over there, do not forget to assign it on the Main Menu.

Edit the text editor and add the line height to the style section, that's how you can achieve it.

How do I edit the text editor?
OK, I found line height under Style> Typography but it is not changing the line spacing.
Jennifer, please do not forget to enter the unit too, for example enter 20px, not simply 20.

Also, you can edit the text editor options simply on the style settings of the element.
