    I'm trying to install the theme on my mamp virtual server.

    I'm getting the error: "The link you followed has expired."

    I've adjusted the upload max size, and can upload large files, and other wordpress templates, with no problem.

    I tried redownloading and installing but it was the same issue.

    Tried installing the child and plugins, but still not working.

    I tried adding the template files manually to the theme folder, but it looks broken on preview : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LvWGMl0RBZvLL6Qo7rvawYIigezSdl_L/view?usp=sharing


    Any recommendations?

    Hi,

    Please try to install only torfa.zip not the whole package, that could be the case.

    If you're trying to install it online, please provide me with the URL, I will check it quickly.

    It's on a virtual server (Mamp).

    I tried uncompressing and installing the theme folder manually to wp-content - > themes and it looks broken. See image in 1st message please. So, it's not an issue with forgetting to unzip the full download to get the theme out.

    Any recommendations?

    Hi,

    Please reset the WordPress as instructed in the following URL.

    - https://neuronthemes.com/documentation/dendrite/knowledge-base/how-to-reset-wordpress/

    Do not forget to install and activate all the required plugins, deactivate temporary the plugins that you're not using.

    Still won't work. It works for other themes, larger themes, and the zip I'm trying to upload is the template, not the download zip.

    Your main theme size zipped is 9.8 MB. I can install other themes larger than this..it's just this one parent theme. Not sure what's happening.

    No worries, you're welcome.

    That's quite strange, if you have any testing hosting we can test it there, I'm sure it will work.

    I am not able to see them, have you tried the manual installation? Simply sending the zip file there and extracting it? In the WordPress > wp-content > themes.
