I am sorry for the late reply, after a long investigate I noticed that the plugin ACF for WooCommerce was causing that issue, I have de-activated it and now everything works alright.

Question 1) Now that the plugin ACF for Woocommerce is deactivated I still see the strange bar in the "edit user" page. I attach the image. Is that normal?
Question 2) Your theme use ACF, can you suggest me a plugin that can show on some page of woocommerce (like register, edit profile or product) the fields added that works fine with centaurus?
Question 3) Why ACF is not showing on the menu in wp-admin?
First of all I would like to thank you for your disponibility. Unfortunately I could not explain myself in my previous question, so I will try to be clearer.
I give an example. I have fields created with ACF related to the user (date of birth, phone number, etc.). These fields appear in the back-end in the user management section, as you suggested.
But my problem is to make them appear in front-end, so that it is directly the user to fill in these fields, specifically in the MyAccount / Edit Account section.
The ACF for Woo Plugin served this purpose, unfortunately it is not compatible with your theme. I am attaching a screenshot of this functionality.
Do you undestand my problem? Do you have a suggestion? (Sorry if my english is not good) Thank you
I am sorry, I didn't get your question well. Do you know where I can find that plugin, so I can check what is not working with our theme and try to fix it. That would be a lot easier.

The plugins seems to convert everything that is on the back-end to the front-end, that seems to be its function. You can disable our custom fields(if you're not using them) and start using the plugin, otherwise I don't know any other way, I would suggest you to talk to your directly to the author of plugin.
You can disable the custom fields in the functions.php and remove them on the Custom Fields panel.
Hi, I use centaurus theme.
I have fount a strange bar on user profile manage. I attach the screenshot.
The problem is, also, that if I use a 3rd party plugin such as Advanced Custom Fields for WooCommerce these bar appears on frontend page.

1) Yes, that is normal it is to customize the options of the user.
2) You can do it directly from the options of ACF. http://prntscr.com/nrvyfo
3) You can enable it on Appearance > Customize > General > Custom Fields Panel.
