The same option is located in Appearance > Customize > Utility > Hero. It will work for all post and pages, except these that doesn't inherit the values.

I have turned on the Hide Title option in Elementor settings, but it does not work. I cannot verify that my theme has the "h1.entry-title" selector.

That is called hero and can be turned off in the page settings > hero. http://prntscr.com/nq7e3a
