Please talk to your host providers and tell them to update your PHP version to 7 or higher, that will fix the issue quickly. The reason why that is showing is because we have written code in our themes in a high standard that is still not supported by some older versions of PHP.

Hello
I am getting an error message on my website after I installed the Proton theme and required plug ins.
There message reads:
Fatal error: Can't use function return value in write context in /home4/lucasgfs/public_html/wp-content/themes/proton/header.php on line 167
Any advice/help would be greatly appreciate.
