Please install only the installable file(kyoto.zip) not the whole archive, you can download the installable file in the downloads tab of the ThemeForest or you can extract that archive that you're trying to install, the reason why is it not working is because that includes documentation and other stuff not only the installable files.

Hello, excuse my bad English, but I it's impossible to install it on my wordpress, because it misses css files, wordpress rejects it automatically.
