It seems that each time I set a featured image on a blog post it is also added to the top of the post. It is fine for some posts but for some I would like this to be removed or perhaps resize etc.
When I edit the page with elementor I can not access any edit options on that image it is always stuck up there. How can I turn this off for a particular post?

You can hide the thumbnail for all blog posts in Appearance > Customize > Blog > Post. http://prntscr.com/njudwu
Or you can hide it for each post in its page settings. http://prntscr.com/njued6
