    Hi There, 

    I seem to be unable to install the Revolution Slider that came with the theme. Every time I try, I get a "installation failed" message. 

    I have tried deleting the plugin folder through FTP but still getting the error message. 

    Can you help?

    I have tried completely uninstalling wordpress and re-installing it but i am still getting the same installation failure message for Revolution Slider. 

    Please can you help me with this urgently? I am needing to get my site up ASAP
