Well, headings were planned to be more general, not simply the headings like h1-h2. We have removed some of the selectors in an update, so please install a fresh copy of Bifrost and let me know if the issue still persists, you can also let me know where is the issue happens most, so I can provide you with further Custom CSS, until we improve it for better use.

1) To change the overlay of the search page, please add the following style.
.m-site-search .m-site-search__content {
background-color: your_color !important;
}
2) As for the affected templates of the WooCommerce, please install a fresh copy of Bifrost, I have just released an update which fixes the issues.
