Actually that is created with Elementor and is called header template, you need to edit it with elementor. Please hover over the button Edit with Elementor and the template of that header will appear.

You need to make sure that is the same header that you're editing, please provide me with your wp-admin and I will have a quick look to see what's going on.

Hi Mario,

I have found the issue, there as a header in front of the header of the template that was not allowing the header of the template show up, so we had there two headers. I don't know why that happened, but now when I have removed it the header that was behind is showing correctly.
