I am having a tremendous amount of trouble installing Arteon's website plugin theme. Last week, I bought Envato Market's Arteon plugin. To use it, I must also install the Element Pack. It requires a license key. That license key has not been included on any documentation or paperwork. What is it? It is not the purchase code. I am unable to properly use or install my plugin. What is the license key activation code that is needed? In addition, why wasn't the code included in the first place? This has become an incredibly frustrating endeavor and I want to wrap it up shortly. I bought a product, I would like to know how and why it is not working properly. It has one purpose, let's use it.
The author misspelled it, he wrote that you need to paste the Envato Purchase Code, but that's the license of his plugin(Element Pack), not the license of Arteon. We have purchased an extended license and included it for free in Arteon, so you don't have to purchase and extra license for Element Pack.
You don\'t need a license to run that plugin, the license is only for updates, we usually update the Element Pack to the latest version, I will attach here the latest version.

None of the pages using "Elementor" does not populate. This theme is installed properly. All other pages are showing. This theme is broken.
What is not working? Can you please specify? The plugin is meant simply to add more elements, please provide me with screenshots so I can see what's going on. You can also enable the loader method, so it will print any error, if there is any.
Can you please provide me with any screenshot what is happening when you're trying to edit with Elementor?

Hi - I've enabled the switch loader method. Where is it supposed to report errors? I don't have an actual printer. Also, see screenshots attached.
Pages using the Elementor come up completely blank. The "About Us" page was created prior to the theme installation which is why I'm able to see SOME content but it is still broken.
Please advise. I've used Elementor on other themes and never had this issue.
It seems like you have some content that is built in another page builder(WPBakery Page Builder), please de-activate all the plugins that are not required from the theme and see which one is causing the issue, if want to start from scratch, you can provide here with your wp-admin(do not forget to tick private) and I will import the demo for you.
Also, make sure to install all the required plugins(especially the Neuron Core plugin).

I have imported the demo but somehow I got a 500 error, it can come from many reasons, but one can be the main one, please talk to your host providers and tell them to update your PHP version to 7 or higher, let me know after that.
