In the header.php there is a no index no follow in the header which doesn't allow my site to be indexed by google. Why is this in there? Is there a way to remove this without deleting the code?
Nothing to worry, you can remove that without any problem. We have already fixed that issue and released an update for that, but since it's a simple line you don't have to install the update only for that.
