Well, usually the import works and fills it with all placeholder images, maybe the import was not done correctly. Can you please provide me with your wp-admin(make sure to tick the private on this thread), I will import the demo content for you.
But before doing it, please check your PHP version it needs to be 7 or higher, that can also be the case that is not working.

Activate the theme and install and activate all required plugins
Click the One Click Demo Importer button
If there's a 200 error, press it again and check if the demo import is imported correctly, repeater the process until it's done(only if there's a 200 error).

1. I want to use simple portfolio pages from this theme, and I downloaded one click demo but there was no element, just the title of the pages.
