I just installed the theme and it crashes the website. I can't even access the wp-admin any more.
I have reinstalled the theme several times and every time it crashes the whole website.
I followed the install instructions and installed all the requested puglins. My WP version is 5.1.1.
For more Info my Server is a Namecheap Hosting with PHP version 5.4
I set my WP to Debug mode and I got this error message:
Fatal error: Can't use function return value in write context in /home/cubauwkb/couturetech.fashion/wp-content/themes/bifrost/includes/functions/neuron-functions.php on line 488
Please talk to your host providers and tell them to update your PHP version to 7 or higher, that will fix the issue quickly. The reason why that is showing is because we have written code in our themes in a high standard that is still not supported by some older versions of PHP.
