I recently installed the Bifrost theme and am trying to implement a custom footer. I am using Elementor Pro. I followed the instructions by using Theme Builder to create a footer template. Then I selected “customize theme” and set the footer for the theme to use the new template that I created above. Unfortunately, the new footer was not applied; the default theme footer remains active. It seems that I need to select “edit page” for every page and set the footer on each page individually. Is there no way to set this in theme so that it will be automatically applied to all pages in the theme (including new pages)?

    Hey,

Can you please try just one thing, in some hosts the options from the customizer gets buggy, so all you have to do is create another footer and the footer chosen in the footer templates will be applied.

Feel free to ask for anything you need.

    Kind Regards

I am having a similar problem but the solution didn't work for me. I have a custom footer template, chosen in customizer, but doesn't show up at all. I tried to create another footer but didn't help.

    Hi Pumrel,

Please check on the page settings if you are inheriting the values of the footer type or not.

    Kind Regards
