New site theme won't install

    I installed the theme exactly the same as before but when I click on customize I get an error message and no content is showing on the site after the once click demo. Did something change with the template?

    No, nothing has changed, have you installed it on different hosting? If yes, they may be an hosting issue.

    I will list you here two things to try, try them and see if it works after that.

    • Refresh the permalinks multiple times(click save changes on the Settings > Permalinks).
    • Talk to your host providers and tell them to change the file permissions to 755 to the wordpress folder and all its subdirectories.
