I'm having trouble changing the menu header and the main footer. I've watched the Elementor videos and I do not have the same things as they do? What am I missing? I don't even see where the Elementor Header Builder is from the purchase of this theme.
Okay I watched the video and I see the first issue is that I do not have all the choices in creating a new template. Screenshot below showing all that is available to me.
We released that as an update (1.1), so please check if you're running 1.0, update the Bifrost and install again the Neuron Core from the fresh install.

Okay. Upgraded theme. Now where do I go for the update for the Neuron Core? I've uploaded it. I've downloaded the new version of Bifrost 1.1 and uploaded it from there and still no luck.

Okay. I have 1.0. However I never received an update notice nor link to update through wp. Am I going to have to download and then reload the theme?

Simply, remove the plugin and install it again in Appearance > Install Plugins, it will install the fresh copy.
