Hi, i purchased the theme and a super confused with all setup and documentation. Please let me know if i am missing something, or example i don't see a simple steps like: How to set up (update ) home page for example. Images size and thumbnails for portfolio? for the top banners you say 1980x 1080, but this will make images wrong on iMac screen, and blurry; i spent many hours and tried to set up all without demo files, but then gave up and loaded the demo-files, totally destroyed my existing site, broke everything possible...frustrated
I am very sorry for your experience with Dendrite, haven't you checked our online documentation about Dendrite? It has some really good articles which can help you build your website.
Of course i checked all possible documentation! For many years i am using themeforest and know where to look, But you have nothing about: best images sizes for portfolio for example on your doc file. About HP revolution banner usage - i find out myself, but needed to spend a lot of time. I really like the look of your theme and will not give up yet, i just really see missing info that could be helpful. Now if you have a sec to send me the exact info about secondary navigation set up (the one on the portfolio part: " All / creative / design" etc, thank you
I am very sorry for your frustration, please let me know for everything that you do not understand.
The images that are displayed on the portfolio element are portfolio items, they are linked through categories to the portfolio element. The images that are displayed for the portfolio item are placed on featured image of each portfolio item.
The 'Creative' and 'Design' are also categories, which means all the portfolio items that have assigned one of these categories will also be filtered from these categories.

It seems like you have send me simply the demo, remove the frame in the top and send me the URLs again.
1) Extend the row in its options. http://prntscr.com/n2itqg
2) Edit the portfolio element and add the categories in the first field(query). http://prntscr.com/n2itwc
3) If you mean in the portfolio item, please check the sticky setting on the portfolio item setting.
