Hi,

I purchased Kyoto theme and I accidentally deleted some pages I thought were not necessary in my Wordpress website. Now the layout is completely messed up and I don't know how to come back to the starting situation, with all the pages present and the original theme layout. I disinstalled the theme and re-installed it again but nothing changed. 

Is there any way to solve this? I uploaded a picture with the current layout

I’m on the menu page but how can I tell which  pages need to be removed to reset the theme to the original layout? I don’t know which ones belong to the original Kyoto theme, I probably removed the first 4-5 but I don’t remember their names. 

Is it any helpful if I use WordPress reset plugin to come back to the orgiginal demo?

I looked at the basket and it’s empty, so I don’t know where I can find those pages. On “all pages” I don’t have the option you say.

Please let me know if there’s a way to have the Kyoto theme to the original appearance, I don’t mind loosing the editings I made, I just want to have the theme as it looked like the first time.

If necessary, I will give you privately my username and password so that you can fix this directly.

I don’t see any difference on my website, it still looks as in the picture I attached. How is that possible?

I don’t know if it’s clear, what I want is having the original theme  layout, with the same menu items, same colors etc. Is it possible?

if it works it’s fine for me, I don’t know if it’s clear for you what I mean: when I look at the preview of my website, the whole layout is completely messed up and it’s because I accidentally deleted some pages that were in the original Kyoto theme. I tried to solve it disintalling and installing again the theme and it didn’t work, I imported the Kyoto demo again and still nothing changed. Then yesterday you did something with the pages but still the layout is all white with black boxes and the menu is completely messed up.

My website must be ready as soon as possible and I can’t lose so much time just to have a working layout I have payed for.

This will be for me the last chance, otherwise I’ll ask for a refund and look for a better working theme.

By the way I wrote my admin and password in the previous messages, you can try to install again the demo and see if it finally works.

Ok thanks, now it's finally at the starting condition!

One last question: to customize my personal website can I delete  theme pages that are not necessaries from "Pages > All pages"? Or do I risk in this way to mess up the whole layout again?
