As for the warnings, it seems like you have enabled the WP_DEBUG, and the errors are not meant to be serious, because simply the calculation cannot be completed because the image is missing, right after changing the placeholders to images the errors will be gone.

Thank you for the reply, I know that images are not shipped with a theme directly but usually they are shipped with a demo import there is no sense to me in your theme if there is no images there. How can we resolve an issue?
That doesn't solve my issue because I would have to go through all the site and fill in the images manually which would take ages. For me it's easier to purchase another theme for this case rather than spent time and money on playing with images. Can I get a refund?
After I've done the demo import images were not imported.

Well, you can use most of our images, you can simply download them and upload to your hosting, since most of them are free.
