I Have a important problem with image at header. I cannot change it!

I wont to explain me 2 thinks: 

1.  how can i change the main image at header 

2. From elementor in -section- level is not enable the -Style- options. Why happend this? With this setting disabled i can not set a background image in section level or change the background color in section level 

Please Explain me how can i change the image in home page header and how can i change the background color in "Section Level"
