How to submit a ticket.
1. Make sure you have the latest version.
Make sure that you are using the latest update of our theme, you can find the changelog on the item's page.
2. Envato Login or Purchase Code
You will be required to login with your Envato account or enter the purchase code for the item you want to get support.
3. Link to your site.
If something isn't working, please send us a link to the page where it isn't working. Also please be as short and descriptive as possible.
4. Include a WordPress plugin.
The fastest way to help you is if you send us your WordPress credentials, in this way we can view your backend setup.
5. Prepare your installation
Disable your third-party plugins and switch to the default WordPress theme (e.g. Twenty Twenty-One) before you create the ticket. Please test this before opening your ticket so we can know if there's a conflict that needs to be resolved.
