    Howdy, 

    I recently purchased the Manila theme for my portfolio. I made sure to install and activate it with the license as instructed in your YouTube videos. However, when I try to import Manila's demo, the Import button stays loading indefinitely. Could you help me out, please? 

    If it helps, I am using GoDaddy's WordPress managing features to access WordPress. This is also my first time using WordPress and Neuron, so I could easily be missing something.

    Hi,

    I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.

    PHP Recommendations

    Memory Size: memory_limit = 256M
Script execution time: max_execution_time = 400
Number of input variables: max_input_vars = 4000

    If you don’t have access to the php.ini file, you can add the following values in your .htaccess file:

    php_value max_execution_time 400
php_value memory_limit 256M
php_value upload_max_filesize 10M

    Be careful using these settings, some hosting companies don’t allow users to change PHP settings, if you experience any problem after making these changes, please revert these in your .htaccess file, using your FTP client.

    Hello, thank you for getting back to me. 

    As I mentioned earlier, I am very new to WordPress, so I have no idea where I can even find these files. I purchased a WordPress plan through GoDaddy as well, so I suspect they will not want me touching PHP settings as you said yourself. 

    Is there any other way you can help me with this problem? Also, I still can't find any other templates in the Demo Importer, just Manila.

    Hello!

    Just saw that you imported it, thank you so so much!! What was preventing the import before? Just curious. 

    Also, I still don't have anything else in the demo import menu. The "Getting Started" tutorial video shows a list of Neuron themes to pick from and I was a little confused as to why I only had access to Manila. Am I supposed to have access to other free themes with the Neuron Builder activated?

    Hi,

    The demos you're seeing in the video tutorial are of another theme of ours (Kaon theme), so in the Manila theme, all the demo pages are grouped in the Main Demo that I've already imported on your site.
