 I've been following the tutorials video but there is no sign of where I enter this license, or where I obtain this. 

Moreover, Neuron Builder is not a plugin that is viewable within the installation process. I have also tried to search and it is not accessible. 

I've already watch your all video tutorials about how to install the theme and how to activate the License, but  I still can not install the theme successfully.

Moreover, "Neuron Builder" can not be installed too.

Under ordinary circumstances I would be more patient. Due to the emergency, i only have few days to work on my website and i simply could not spend time for solving problems.  At this point, I have requested a refund for this theme. I've sent a request for the refund on "evantomarket".
