    I tested the installation and the purchase number. The wordpress crashes when installing the NEURON-BUILDER plugin. No news from the developer... I will have to change the theme. Very disappointed with the follow up and I'm stuck today with a theme that is useless to me.

    I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.

    As I said in private, it is too late for the file. My client needed to see his site and I installed another theme. I hope my request for a refund will be considered. Thank you for your help. Bye.

    I have the same issue with my site. I've also submitted a refund and heard nothing. 

    Would suggest to anyone looking at Neuron themes to avoid.

    So far, I have not posted a review of Neuron. There was indeed a follow up and a refund confirmation in December. But, it is almost February. How long do I have to wait for a refund? Your answer sounds like a joke!
