I am going to do this in public now since my private tickets are not being answered or poorly answered which does not help. 

I have had problems with the Amartha theme for a while now. Every time there is an update from either the the theme/wordpress but especially Elementor, my entire website crashes. 

After reading all the 'what to do's' the recurring problem is the NeuronCore plugin. (literally the core of the problem) It does not update the normal way, you have to install the EnvatoMarket plugin to update it. 

Main problem: every time I install the Envato Market plugin Woocommerce gives me the same message: 'The plugin was not installed correctly' and then gives me the link to download the latest version of the plugin. Which I have downloaded obviously. 

So my website looks like shit, I can't do anything about it since I don't get a response from either Neuron or Envato, and the times I did manage to upload Neuroncore in the past, the moment Elementor has an update, Neuron stays behind and my website is down. again. The response from Neuron I get here is always the same: 

Please make sure you have the latest version of this and this. 
(that is NOT helping) 

You can all read my frustration, I just need help because this is taking weeks and weeks. I am almost crying because these big companies are not helping their customers. My website is not working, I can't sell my products and I am just so frustrated. Maybe someone here could help me. 

The elementor edit part keeps 'loading' when I try to edit my website. This is caused by the NeuronCore plugin. I already walked through all the steps Elementor has given me, so I am sure this plugin is the cause.

Thank you, the Envatomarket plugin is still not working though.. How did you fix this? Since this is a recurring problem I would like to know because this should not be happening every time you or Elementor have an update. Everyone is having problems with this as I can read on this forum.  

Goodness... Did you read my message? I did that already.. Like 10 times. I am not an idiot. Sorry to get so mad, but you guys are so not listening and reading messages properly. 

I am having the same issue and cannot figure out how to fix it.

If the Neuron Core plugin is activated, my Elementor theme builder templates disappear from the site. I also cannot edit with Elementor. If Neuron Core is deactivated, I can edit and build out my site how I want, but then the Bifrost portfolio pages disappear. 

Same as @noorwagtendonk, everything is up to date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugins. 

Hoping there is a solution. HELP PLEASE!

Your "solution" does not work. Clearly, there is a deeper issue that needs to be looked into. Elementor and Neuron Core are not compatible. 

is there a newer version than 

for the theme?
