I have now installed the theme and completed the demo import. However, the fonts are not the right colours.. i think they are stuck as default colour. Do you know how I can fix this?

I'm seeing that somehow, you've managed to solve the issue, but I would prefer to install a fresh copy of the demo.
It seems that the demo wasn't imported correctly, can I reset your site and re-import the demo data, but notice that after the reset, everything will be deleted?
Is there any page that you've created that you don't want to lose because after the reset everything will be deleted? If you have any, please attach the URL here so I can save it on my device and then import it also.
I see that you don't have the Otivar theme installed on your site, can you please tell me when you install it and the Neuron Builder plugin, so then I can take a look at it?
The issue maybe was been because of the style kits, as it seems that you had already an Elementor style kit on your site, and the Otivar theme style kit settings weren't applied.
You can install the following plugin (Style Kits), and then go to the plugin settings and check for the default kit template option and change the current one to the other one that you have on your site.

3. Your team member asked me if they could "reset" my website and do a fresh install of the theme.
4. I said no to that because I've already been adding content to the website in Step 1. above and I don't want to lose my work.
5. I created a new Wordpress website for you so that your team could do a fresh install of the theme (as requested). See here: https://k6u.c14.mwp.accessdomain.com/
6. You say that the theme is not installed on the new Wordpress website.

Ok, I have solved this issue on my own. The theme has now been imported successfully on my other server.
