    When updating Elementor my website does not work due to an error with the Neuron Core plugin. I had the same problem in April and you told me to follow this PHP recomendations: memory_limit=256, max_execution_time=400, max_input_vars=4000. But this recomendations doesn't solve the problem. 

    Elementor is already on version 3.8.0 and I have to keep it on versions 3.5.4 (Elementor) and 3.5.2 (Elementor Pro). Please, could you help me to fix the template so that the fatal error does not appear again? 

    I attach a screenshot of the fatal error.

    Hi,

    Please make sure that you're running the latest version of the Amartha theme and Neuron Core plugin.

    Amartha Theme Version 1.2.0
    Neuron Core Plugin 1.0.1

    You can update the theme directly on your dashboard, via the plugin below: 

    https://envato.com/market-plugin/

    So when you update the theme, please delete the Neuron Core plugin and install it again by going to Appearance > Install Plugins. It's already included in the theme.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the help. I have followed all the recommendations you have told me (download the Envato Market plugin, update Amartha to the latest version, delete the Neuron Core plugin and install it again). 

    And after following all the recommendations the fatal error is fixed and even if I update Elementor to the latest version no other error appears anymore. But a new problem arises. If I update the Amartha template to the latest version (1.2.0) all the modifications that I have made in my Amartha Child template are not respected. For that reason I had to leave my template in version 1.1.8. 

    If I want to have the website as I had it designed with the Amartha Child template, I cannot update the template to the latest version.

    Please could you help me to solve that problem? Thank you.

    Hello,

    I know where the topic is updated. The problem was not that. The problem was that when I update the theme it does not respect the changes that I had in my Amartha Child. Now my website does not look like I had it designed. Please, return my website to the old version of Amartha.

    I am attaching screenshots so you understand what I am talking about. There are many more problems but I show you some of them.

    Please help me to return my website as it was.

    Hello again, 

    With the help of my hosting technicians, I have already managed to go back to a previous version of the Amartha theme and I can view the web as I had it designed. 

    Now you can compare the web as it is with the screenshots that I have sent you and you will see the differences that arise when updating the Amartha theme to the new version.

    I hope it helps you. Perhaps this is how my question is better understood.

    Hello,

    On November 23, 2022 you told me that you would let me know as soon as you had a new update of the Amartha theme higher than 1.2.0. But I'm still waiting for you to let me know. How long do you think it will take to have the new version?

    With the current version (1.2.0) I cannot update my theme or Elementor because if I do, the web will be misconfigured.
