I am unable to activate Neuron Builder. When I click on the button at the top right of my screen I am directed to a screen that reads" Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page" (see screencap).
I installed the Neuron Plugin by downloading it from the public tickets. On the dashboard, I do not have a "License" option (screencap).
In addition, it may be something with the Minimo theme I downloaded from Envato. See the error message when I try to activate the theme in the screencap. To test this, I deactivated all plugins and still received the error message.
Please go and deactivate the Envato Market plugin, then the license option will be back at Dashboard > Neuron > License and you can add the license key there.
Can you please take a look at the following video tutorial on activating the License?
Can you please provide me with your wp-admin, I will have a quick look to see what's going on.
We use some functions which connect directly with Envato API to see if the user made the purchase or not, we know it's exhausting, we're working on something easier which would activate it directly from your dashboard.
The reason why it didn't work is that other permissions were chosen as well, there should be only 3 and not others. (I'm sorry about this one too, it's the Envato API that requests this)
You've added the wrong license key at Neuron > License, so I activated the Envato Market plugin, grabbed the correct token, and deactivated it again, then I went to Dashboard > Neuron > License and added that token, and now everything is alright.

Please go and deactivate the Envato Market plugin, then the license option will be back at Dashboard > Neuron > License and you can add the license key there.

Thanks for the quick reply! I just tried this, but it did not work.
1. I receive an error message (see screencap)
2. I created a new API and there is no error message, but the theme will not activate. Clicking "Activate Neuron Builder" does nothing.
