    Hi! I have a problem with my wordpress theme Minimo I recently bought from envato. Neuron Plugin y Envato have diferents license keys and when I do activate the Envato Plugin I dont have acces to the Neuron activation page. The envato server is blocking the connection from my hosting www.antoniaypepa.es.

    Could you please help me?

    Hi,

    We use some functions which connect directly with Envato API to see if the user made the purchase or not, we know it's exhausting, we're working on something easier which would activate it directly from your dashboard.

    The reason why it didn't work is that other permissions were chosen as well, there should be only 3 and not others. (I'm sorry about this one too, it's the Envato API that requests this)

    1. View and search Envato sites 
    2.  Download your purchased items 
    3. List purchases you've made

    Hi I'm having a similar problem with my merope theme bought through Themeforest and not able to get access to support

    Hi,

    Please make sure you're running the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin.

    I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
