I've got an error message (see screenshot) "Enable the Neuron Builder License Verfication through Envato, the verification will unlock various features of the theme." The neuron plugin did not install. I saw the video tutorials, but nothing worked.
I tried to install neuron plugin but it crashed my website. I have the required plugins installed : Elementor and woo commerce.
Could you please help me and install the neuron plugin + activate my license neuron?
UPDATE : I found another version of the Neuron plugin on another discussion ticket. Please, make sure to send the recent version of the plugin right away. I lost my day looking for an answer...
I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.
We’ve done huge research to see why this is happening, the only issue(solution) that we came to the conclusion of was that your hosting somehow was preventing the requests to our server.
We use Cloudflare, I don’t know if providing an IP would help you in this case.
After my research, the Elementor library works when the neuron plugin is deactivated. When I reactivate the neuron plugin, the Elementor library doesn't work anymore. Apparently, there is an issue with my Neuron plugin. Could you please give me a solution ? :) Thank you
We've tried our best to fix this issue, but we're not finding the reason why this is happening, the only reason that I think this is happening is that your host is blocking requests in our host.
Can you please try it in the Local Server if the library blocks are showing, or on another website?
