    Hello, I installed the file from your link, but I still can't see themes, and I can't select them because there is none!! Please, go and look yourself. I'm going to the 'Demo Import' section, and I CAN'T SEE themes. There is ONE stock theme, but it's not why I purchased your 'Kotona package. Explain what I should do, or I will request a refund because it's not support; it's nonsense.

    Hi,

    All of the Kotona demo pages are grouped in the Main Demo that you'll see at Dashboard > Neuron > Demo Importer.

    So you need to import the Main Demo group and all of the demo pages will be imported to your site.

    I've just checked your site and the Kotona theme was there activated, I could also see the demo there ready to be imported.

    Hello, after pressing 'Import nothing happens, that's the problem, check it your self.

    Hi,

    PHP Recommendations 

    Memory Size: memory_limit = 256M
Script execution time: max_execution_time = 400
Number of input variables: max_input_vars = 4000

    If you don’t have access to the php.ini file, you can add the following values in your .htaccess file:

    php_value max_execution_time 400
php_value memory_limit 256M
php_value upload_max_filesize 10M

    Be careful using these settings, some hosting companies don’t allow users to change PHP settings, if you experience any problem after making these changes, please revert these in your .htaccess file, using your FTP client.

    However, I've already imported the demo data manually on your site, please take a look at it.
