When I try to create a page with Elementor the widgets panel is not shown, if I disable the Neuron Core plugin, it works again. Have a solution for that.
There seems to be a conflict between Elementor's latest version and the Neuron Core plugin, so can you please downgrade the Elementor version until we release the update of the Neuron Core plugin?
You can downgrade it by going to Dashboard > Elementor > Tools > Version Control.
So when you update the theme, please delete the Neuron Core plugin and install it again by going to Appearance > Install Plugins. It's already included in the theme.
I reply here because there is no use in paying to renew my support only to get the answer I already know - the cause for the ongoing compatibility problems I experience with Elementor derive from Neuron Core plugin, which was updated only for some of your themes. Unfortunately not including Kyoto theme, the one I use.
Why isn't there no update for the core plugin for this theme? When will there be?

I can also see on this page (https://themeforest.net/item/kyoto-innovative-portfolio-theme-for-creatives/23343325#) that the theme was updated on may 20, but when I download it and try to install it I see it still includes Kyoto 1.2.3 and Core plugin 1.0.0.
Sorry, but I can't pay that high amount for renewing my support so I can't open a new ticket. I don't need regular support for 6 months, only to get a proper and working update.

I tried going to this page: https://themeforest.net/item/kyoto-innovative-portfolio-theme-for-creatives/23343325# and download the updated theme from May 20. I attach a screenshot of the details of the theme shown when I try to install it by uploading. It shows the theme version is still 1.2.3. I also checked the Neuron core plugin inside and I see that the version is 1.0.0. It seems to me that the theme wasn't updated.
Wordpress had to deactivate the neuron builder because it keeps completely crashing my site to the point where I can't get into the back end. I have the Zaragoza theme has there been some kind of update to fix this because now there are parts of my website that are missing.
